My name is, as you can probably see, Gabriel Cabrera! I'm a St. Louisan by birth but was blessed with a family that never sat in one place for too long. (I've started tracking the counties I've visited because I knocked out all 50 states by 17.)

While I'm only 26, I like to think I have tremendous life experience. I serve as a public health data analyst and program coordinator college in West Virginia. Before this, though, I have worked in college administration and at-risk youth programs for 8 years across the US and Israel. My love of travel hasn't faded and it's not uncommon for me to pick up and drive 17 or more hours by myself for the sake of seeing a place in person.

 

In addition to my professional ambitions, I have taken up landscape photography to keep track of everywhere I've been. Some of my favorite moments have included a sunrise at West Quoddy Head in Maine, star-gazing at 2 a.m. in the Great Sand Dunes of Colorado, and a wintry morning on the West Rim of the Grand Canyon.
